COMMUNITY NEWS
New comics every Wednesday in Elizabethtown.
Elizabethtown has a new comic book shop. Comic Ink, at 1 South Market Street downtown, was recently renovated and reopened under its new name.
If you want the newest issues, Wednesday is the day to stop in. "All the new comics that are released nationwide come out on Wednesdays," Co-owner Clint Gibble says.
Regular readers can start a box. "We prebuy the comics for people."
Tell the shop you want the Spider-Man lines, for example, and every time a new one comes out, the shop picks it up for you.
"All they have to do is come in here and say, 'Hey I need my box,' and then they get their stuff."
Missing an issue in your collection?
There are vintage comics to sift through, too.
The shop also takes pre-orders on upcoming titles.
Never picked up a comic?
The shop says now's the perfect time to start.
Its number is (717) 203-3190.
