Lancaster Fringe Fest Is Making Its Debut - And It's Going to Be Something

Lancaster is about to get its first-ever fringe festival, and the scope of it is genuinely exciting. Running May 21–24, 2026, the Lancaster Fringe Fest will take over downtown with dozens of performances spread across 18 or more unique venues. Theater, spoken word, music, dance, comedy - the format is wide open, and that's the whole point. Wristbands are just $10 for full access to all shows, or attendees can pay-what-they-decide for individual performances. For a first-year festival, that's an unusually generous entry point - and a real sign that the organizers want this to be for everyone. More info →
