Millersville Musicians Make Their Mark at Central PA Music Awards
Millersville University had a big night at the Central Pennsylvania Music Awards and Hall of Fame ceremony, held at the American Music Theatre with nearly 200 attendees. Blues artist and 2025 graduate Zoey Noble won Best New Artist after earning two nominations. Metalcore band Making a Mockery - made up of five MU graduates and former students - took home the metal category award following their 2025 EP release. And music studio technician Logan Ressler won Best Rock EP for his work with Samaritan Snare.
Current students Jac Conner and Lucy Kosoff also earned a Song of the Year nomination for "Ember." It's a strong showing for a university that continues to punch above its weight in the regional arts scene.
