Tang Dumpling Is Growing - And Lancaster Is Here for It

One of Lancaster City's most beloved spots is doubling down. Tang Dumpling, known for handmade dumplings and deeply authentic Chinese flavors, is opening a second location near Park City Center in Manheim Township.

No firm opening date has been announced yet, but the expansion signals something worth paying attention to: Lancaster County's appetite for quality Asian cuisine is real, growing, and the market is responding.

Skip's Chicken Is Getting a Permanent Home in Strasburg

If you've chased down Skip's Chicken at a food truck event, you already know - their crispy fried chicken and creative sandwiches have a serious following in Lancaster County. Now the truck is trading wheels for a storefront, with a new permanent location opening right next to Strasburg Creamery in Strasburg Borough.

The pairing practically writes itself: grab a sandwich, grab a scoop, call it a perfect afternoon. An opening timeline hasn't been confirmed yet, but Strasburg keeps quietly stacking up as one of Lancaster County's best small-town dining destinations - and Skip's is only adding to that case.
