Good morning! Tonight is a good night to get out. We've got live music, indoor archery, and a great local feature for you - plus a heads up on a big show coming to AMT this Thursday.

Here’s what I think is worth your time today.

Pick Up Your Instrument Tonight And Join Old Time Jam at West Art

If you've been looking for an excuse to dust off the banjo or finally bring that fiddle out of the closet, tonight's your night.

West Art Lancaster hosts its weekly Old Time Jam this Tuesday, March 10 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the Art Bar.

Led by musician Danny Mulligan, the jam is open to players of all skill levels - or just folks who want to pull up a stool and soak in the sound.

Acoustic instruments are welcome.

Drums and amplifiers are not.

It's an intentional choice that keeps the vibe intimate and the music front and center.

Not a musician? No problem.

The Art Bar's full menu of coffee drinks, tea, beer, wine, and cocktails makes it just as easy to come for the atmosphere. Old time music - think American folk, Appalachian string traditions, and roots music - has a way of pulling even bystanders into the moment.

The jam runs every Tuesday at West Art, located at 816 Buchanan Ave in Lancaster.

Meet the Medical Massage Practitioner Who Alleviates Pain When Nothing Else Works

Meggie Whiteman

Meggie Whiteman of Miracle Medical Thai Massage isn't your typical massage therapist. Raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand, she gave her first massages to her grandparents at age seven - and has been chasing the root cause of pain ever since.

Today, she operates out of the Etown Business Center (48 S Market St., Elizabethtown), and clients are driving from Maryland and Delaware to see her.

What sets Meggie apart is her blend of traditional Thai massage technique with medical massage training, corrective exercise, and rapid neurofascial reset certifications. Every client gets a full body assessment. She educates them on posture and sends them home with exercises - and after one to two weeks, the pain is often completely gone.

Her advice to anyone suffering? "You don't have to accept the pain. When you are healthy, you can enjoy life." Read the full feature at the link below.

Air Supply Plays American Music Theatre This Thursday

One of the most recognizable sounds of the 1980s is coming to Lancaster County this week.

Air Supply performs at the American Music Theatre this Thursday, March 12 at 7:30 p.m.

The duo - Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock - have spent nearly five decades honing their craft, and they're marking the milestone with several new projects, including a biopic titled All Out of Love: The Air Supply Story, a Broadway musical featuring their songs, and their 18th studio album A Matter of Time.

Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell first began working together in Melbourne, and the partnership produced a string of soft rock hits - "Lost in Love," "All Out of Love," "Making Love Out of Nothing at All" - that still fill radio playlists today.

For fans who want a closer experience, a VIP Sound Check Meet & Greet package is available for $325, which includes a premium ticket, photo meet and greet, attendance at sound check, a Q&A session, and a collectible VIP laminate.

A more exclusive on-stage viewing experience package is also available.

That’s today’s updates,

Andrew
